10x DevKit License Agreement

This License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“Licensee”) (either an individual or a single entity) and 10x DevKit (“Product”), owned and represented by Ali Khaleqi Yekta (“Licensor”). By downloading, accessing, or using the Product, Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

1. Definitions

“Product” refers to 10x DevKit, an Astro project foundation generator.
“Generated Code” refers to any code, files, or projects created using the Product.
“License Owner” refers to the individual or entity that has purchased a license.
“Private License” and “Ultimate License” refer to the two types of licenses available for purchase.

2. License Types

2.1 Private License

The Private License grants you the following rights:

Use the Product for an unlimited number of closed-source projects
Use the outputs of the Generated Code for any lawful purpose (including commercial use)
Build websites for clients using Generated Code

Restrictions:

You may not redistribute, share, or publish the Generated Code
Sharing Generated Code with anyone other than the License Owner (if an individual) or the License Owner’s direct employees (if an entity) is prohibited
Open-sourcing Generated Code is prohibited
Sharing Generated Code outside your immediate team is prohibited

2.2 Ultimate License

The Ultimate License includes all Private License rights plus:

Right to share and distribute Generated Code
Right to open-source projects created with the Product
Right to distribute modified versions of Generated Code
Extended priority support for 100 days

Restrictions for both licenses:

You may not redistribute unmodified raw generated projects
You may not rebrand and resell 10x DevKit or any modified version
You may not transfer your license to another party
You may not create modified versions that replicate 10x DevKit’s functionality

3. License Acquisition and Payment

Licenses are available for purchase through Bitcoin or Iranian Toman
Payment methods are limited due to international sanctions
License purchases are final and non-refundable
Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license

4. Support and Updates

Both licenses include community support
Ultimate License includes 100 days of priority support
Support period begins from the date of purchase
Support rights may be voided in case of license violations

5. License Violations and Enforcement

Unauthorized distribution of Generated Code under Private License constitutes a violation
Violations include, but are not limited to:
- Open-sourcing Generated Code
- Publishing to public repositories
- Sharing outside your immediate team
- Including in publicly accessible projects
Violations result in immediate and permanent license revocation without notice
If upgrading to Ultimate License after a violation:
- The 100-day priority support benefit is voided
- Only distribution rights are granted
- Previous violations are not retroactively permitted

Private License holders may upgrade to Ultimate License
Custom licensing and enterprise agreements are available

7. Termination

The Licensor reserves the right to terminate your license if you fail to comply with any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Product and destroy all copies of Generated Code in your possession.

8. Disclaimer of Warranty

THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
