10x DevKit Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of 10x DevKit (“Service”), accessible at https://10xdevkit.com, owned and operated by 10x DevKit (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, do not access the Service.

1. License Grant

Upon purchasing a license, you (“License Holder,” which may be an individual, team, startup, company, or other entity) are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable (except as expressly permitted in the License Agreement) license to use 10x DevKit to generate website foundation projects. Two license types are available:

Private License: Grants the License Holder the right to use 10x DevKit for an unlimited number of private projects. The generated source code may not be redistributed, sold, shared, open-sourced, or otherwise made available to anyone outside the License Holder’s organization or team.
Ultimate License: Grants the License Holder the same rights as the Private License, with the added right to distribute the source code of projects created using the Service, including modified versions and open-sourcing, subject to the restrictions outlined in the License Agreement. The License Holder may not redistribute the unmodified generated projects, rebrand or resell 10x DevKit itself, or a modified version.

2. Payment and Refunds

Payment for licenses is processed via Bitcoin and Iranian Toman. Due to international sanctions, Bitcoin is the primary international payment method. All sales are final, and refunds are not offered. If you are unsatisfied with the Service, please contact us and we will do our best to address your concerns.

3. User Content

The License Holder retains ownership of any content they create using 10x DevKit. We do not claim any ownership rights over your projects.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Violate the terms of your chosen license.
Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems or networks.

5. Intellectual Property

10x DevKit, its underlying technology, and all associated intellectual property rights are owned by Ali Khaleqi Yekta. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights to 10x DevKit itself.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; or (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

8. Data Collection and Privacy

We collect and process the License Holder’s name, email address, and payment information for licensing purposes. We also collect non-personal data such as web cookies. Our Privacy Policy provides further details on our data practices.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Iran, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to these Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
